JOB TITLE: Salesforce Administrator

40 hours per week
REPORTS TO: Group IT Manager
PURPOSE OF ROLE:
This role reports into IT. It manages and coordinates the customer records management (CRM) system, its core data and the dashboards used to access and interpret that data. It is focused on supporting the automation of transactional sales data processes and creating an effective self-serve platform for all Fluid Water Group sales colleagues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments
* Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and data access across clouds
* Support day-to-day operations, user support, and system maintenance
* Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and IT to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
* Build and maintain automation processes using flows, validation rules, and process builder
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Ideally 1-2 years' experience of Sales Cloud as a Salesforce Administrator but may also be suitable for someone wishing to develop and obtain accreditation in this area who can demonstrate their desire to develop quickly
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively
* Excellent organisational skills
