Job Title - Labourer (Ladder Association Certified)
Location - Cheltenham 
Salary - £20.00 - £25.00 per hour

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our clients team on an [temporary basis initially. The successful candidate must hold a valid Ladder Association certificate and be confident working at height in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general site labouring tasks
Safely use ladders for access and tasks at height
Assist skilled tradespeople as needed
Load and unload materials and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Follow site safety protocols at all times Requirements:

Valid Ladder Association Certificate (Essential)
Previous experience as a labourer or similar role
Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work well as part of a team
