Sellick Partnership is currently assisting an organisation in Sunderland with the recruitment of a Product Owner. This is a permanent opportunity, with a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities of the Product Owner include:

Prioritise and manage the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives
Establish and communicate a clear vision and road map for Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Atlassian, aligned with business goals
Partner with vendors, security, infrastructure, EUC, and service teams to ensure seamless product development and deployment
Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment
Deliver documentation and training, manage upgrades, and foster a culture of ongoing enhancement

The ideal candidate will have the following:

A degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related field is preferred, along with certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft
hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 suite, including Copilot
Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
Background in service management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement
