Connect Appointments are recruiting on behalf of one of our respected Kirkcaldy based clients, who are searching for an experienced Vehicle Spray Painter to join their professional workshop team.

Key responsibilities as a Vehicle Spray Painter:

Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces (sanding, masking, priming)
Mix and match paint to manufacturer standards and custom specs
Apply base coats, clear coats, and finishing products using spray equipment
Carry out blending, polishing, and refinishing for a seamless finish
Inspect completed work and carry out necessary touch-ups
Maintain spray booth cleanliness and equipment functionality
Collaborate with workshop staff to meet tight deadlines
Adhere to all workshop health and safety protocolsWhat we're looking for:

A fully qualified Vehicle Spray Painter with proven workshop experience
Strong colour-matching skills with water- and solvent-based systems
High attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work
Ability to work independently and within a team
Reliable and committed to maintaining a clean, professional workspaceWhat's on offer:

£35,000 to £40,000 per year (depending on experience)
Permanent, full-time role with Monday to Friday schedule
