Neighbourhood Housing Lead – East London and Essex

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Neighbourhood Housing Lead to deliver high-quality housing management services across a diverse patch in East London and Essex.

Contract Details:

Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)

Working Arrangement: Agile – 1–2 days office/patch attendance required

Patch Location: East London and Essex (various sites)

Salary: £35,951 – £39,531 (depending on experience)

Additional Allowance: £1,300 Essential Car User Allowance (if criteria met)

Closing Date: 29th April 2025 at 11pm

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver tenancy, estate, and leasehold management services across the patch

Investigate and resolve tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour

Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance in homes and communal areas

Build trusted relationships with residents and local partners

Support community initiatives and contribute to service improvements

Requirements:

Experience in neighbourhood or tenancy management

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to manage a busy and varied workload across multiple locations

Commitment to community engagement and resident wellbeing

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (for ECUA eligibility)
