Our client, a highly respected business within the motorsport and automotive sector, is looking for a Client Engagement Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based near Chipping Warden in Oxfordshire, this is a brilliant opportunity to work within a modern, well-equipped facility as part of a close-knit and passionate team.
This newly created role will see you take ownership of the client journey from start to finish, managing communication touchpoints, coordinating across departments, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and reputation the brand is known for. You’ll be the key link between around 500 active clients and the internal teams, helping to build long-term relationships and enhance satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will bring experience from a luxury, premium, or high-performance background and will be confident communicating with ultra-high-net-worth individuals. You’ll be organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering best-in-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage direct communication with clients, ensuring timely, professional, and accurate updates
Coordinate and implement the company’s client engagement plan across all active projects
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery and service
Act as a consistent point of contact for high-value clients, managing expectations and building trust
Support the Sales & Business Development Manager with key client initiatives and service improvements
Assist with future CRM system rollout and champion best practice (HubSpot is under consideration)
Identify opportunities to improve client experience through feedback, insight, and service reviews Key skills & Experience:
Experience in client engagement, relationship management, or high-end customer service
Background in luxury goods, premium automotive, hospitality, or concierge services is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with a proactive, can-do attitude
Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and coordinating across departments CRM knowledge is a bonus, willingness to learn and improve is key
Experience working with UHNW individuals or within premium service environments What’s on Offer:
Salary £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
