Roles / Responsibilities
Generate new business to increase sales across the client’s product portfolio
Research and identify potential leads using multiple data sources
Qualify opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers
Build relationships with key stakeholders within target organizations
Play a leading role in new business pitches and secure new accounts
Prepare and deliver professional sales and company presentations
Conduct cold calling and proactive outreach as required
Negotiate commercial terms, including contracts and payment structures
Manage and develop existing customer accounts to retain and grow revenue
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts
Respond to customer queries and follow up on opportunities
Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives
Contribute to sales targets, forecasting, and annual business planning
Attend industry exhibitions as an exhibitor and/or visitor
Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to management
Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and social media activity
Participate in internal and external meetings as required
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales management
Strong ability to generate new business and manage key accounts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience working with sales targets, forecasts, and business plans
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required
