Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum

Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Year 4 Teacher to join a dynamic and inclusive primary school in Coventry. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that inspire and challenge pupils, while supporting their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver the KS2 curriculum to a Year 4 class

*

Create a stimulating classroom environment that supports learning

*

Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

*

Maintain strong classroom management and positive behaviour strategies

*

Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to school-wide activities

Required Experience:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*

Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2

*

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment methods

*

A proactive, reflective, and collaborative teaching approach
