Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator in The Coordinator will manage day-to-day customer interactions, handle logistics tasks, and ensure seamless inventory and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Providing excellent customer service via phone and email, supporting customers with product enquiries, lead times and pricing.
• Preparing and issuing quotations accurately and efficiently, ensuring margin targets are maintained.
• Processing sales orders and coordinating with the fabrication team to schedule production.
• Organising logistics for collections and nationwide deliveries, ensuring customers receive materials on time.
• Tracking and managing stock levels to avoid shortages or delays.
• Liaising with suppliers to order materials where required.
• Maintaining accurate records and order information using Sage.
• Using Excel for data entry, pricing checks and reporting.
About You
• Experience in the cladding, roofing, fabrication or building materials sector is advantagous but not essential
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Confident in coordinating orders and logistics in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised, reliable and able to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Good working knowledge of Excel (formulas/data entry) and experience with systems such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks or SAP.
• Able to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and follow processes through to completion.
