Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Zest Education is recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Warwickshire. This full‑time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30–3:30, and will continue until Easter half term. The school is looking for someone who can bring energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 as required.

* Work 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and progress.

* Assist the class teacher with daily routines, preparation, and activities.

* Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence.

* Support pupils with SEND where needed.

* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:

* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential.

* Strong experience working with children in a school or similar setting.

* SEND experience is desirable but not essential.

* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

* A proactive, patient, and supportive approach.

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
