Costs Lawyer – Remote | £35,000–£45,000 + Commission |

A well-established and expanding legal services provider is seeking an experienced Costs Lawyer to join their growing team. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity, offering flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work on high-quality Claimant costs files from start to finish.
The Role This position involves handling Claimant costs work from cradle to grave, including:

Costs budgeting
Drafting and serving Bills
Negotiating costs
Drafting Points of Reply
Supporting a caseload covering PI, clinical negligence, and some commercial work
While advocacy experience is not required, this is a great opportunity for someone confident in managing their own caseload and working independently.

Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have:

At least 3 years’ experience in legal costs work
A strong understanding of Costsmaster software
Significant experience with Claimant cradle-to-grave costs work
Proven experience in PI and clinical negligence; commercial experience desirable
Ability to work fully remotely 
Preferred candidates will be qualified Costs Lawyers, working toward qualification, or willing to qualify.

Terms & Benefits

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience)
Commission scheme with earning potential up to ~£60,000 p.a.
