£90 – £100 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting an Inclusion Support Worker to join a Primary school in Leeds (LS11) to start Sept 2025 for the new academic year on a Full-Time basis. Working in this Primary school as part of an established team, the desired Teaching Assistant will be working in small group settings as well as 1-2-1 across KS1 and KS2. You will be contributing to the wider work of the Inclusion team through driving our inclusion agenda, including engaging and re- engaging children into school including children who face multiple barriers in engaging in school.
This 2 form primary school is located in LS11. It is a very supportive and welcoming environment where children's needs are well catered for. The successful candidate will have the neccessary SEND experience as well as experience of working with primary aged pupils.
Requirements
The desired SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
• Experience of supporting and facilitating pupils learning and progress
• Have experience working with pupils with SEND
• Understanding of child development and learning
