Production Operative

Location: Hereford
Pay: £14.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on shift )

We are recruiting skilled Production Operators to join our growing team in Hereford.

What you’ll be doing:

* Setting up and running production machinery

* Monitoring equipment and resolving basic issues

* Carrying out product quality checks

* Maintaining a safe and clean work area

* Supporting production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

* Previous machine operating experience (preferred)

* Ability to work accurately and efficiently

* Strong teamwork and communication skills

* Reliability and willingness to work either days or nights

Shifts & Pay:

* Day shifts & night shifts available

* £14.00 – £17.00 per hour (depending on role/shift)
