Position Title: Property Paralegal
Location: Brentford/Richmond area
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

An experienced Property Paralegal with both residential and commercial property experience is required for our client located close to Richmond.
This is a full time, office based role.
Due to expansion of the Property team, this role would suit someone with a desire to learn and develop further within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgage transactions, preparing contract packs, raising enquiries, liaising with lenders and third parties, post completion matters
Assisting with commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, lease and licence transactions
Administration tasks and working alongside the property team
Have attention to detail
Have good client care management experience and able to build relationships
Assisting and handling new business enquiries, taking calls and assisting colleagues to ensure new business
Assisting in file opening, carrying out ID checks
File closures and archivingThe Candidate
A paralegal with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and commercial property
Possesses outstanding verbal and written communication skills
IT literacy will be a pre-requisite
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
A self-starter, resourceful with a high degree of initiative
Is personable, pro-active and detail orientated
Flexible and adaptable
